Precast Sales Representative

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs within an assigned territory
  • Developing an understanding of company services and pricing structures
  • Establishing relationships with key decision makers to understanding their needs, and proposing appropriate service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements
  • Utilize CRM to schedule, generate reports, and develop customer profiles

 

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years in the Precast Concrete industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, marketing, sales or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in project management, business development, sales or related field

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Relationship management skills – the ability to create new relationships and further existing relationships with customers.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
