Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs within an assigned territory
- Developing an understanding of company services and pricing structures
- Establishing relationships with key decision makers to understanding their needs, and proposing appropriate service solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements
- Utilize CRM to schedule, generate reports, and develop customer profiles
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years in the Precast Concrete industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, marketing, sales or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5 – 10 years of experience in project management, business development, sales or related field

- Relationship management skills – the ability to create new relationships and further existing relationships with customers.
