Job Responsibilities
- Produce precast shop drawings and detailed piece using 2D AutoCAD
- Interpretation of contract specifications and drawings. Candidate must be able to read, understand and produce detailed accurate structural drawings
- Project management of dynamic communication with contractors, clients, engineer, architects on a job specific basis
- Develop total precast renderings for client presentations
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in an Architectural and/or Construction program
- Full knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and/or 3D modeling
- Computer familiarity with Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Etc.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and construction related pressures
- Candidates with prior experience in drafting will be strongly considered
- Must have strong communication skills
