Emphasis will be placed on candidates with a positive attitude towards customer service as well as experience in the precast concrete industry. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce precast shop drawings and detailed erection drawings using AutoCAD
- Interpretation of contract specifications and drawings. Candidate must be able to read, understand and produce detailed accurate structural drawings
- Project management of dynamic communication with contractors, clients, engineer, architects on a job specific basis
- Develop total precast renderings for client presentations
Job Requirements
- Associates of Drafting and Design Technology or similar degree, or equivalent professional and technical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Full knowledge of AutoCAD
- Computer familiarity with Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, Etc.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and construction related pressures
- Candidates with prior experience in drafting will be strongly considered
- Must have strong communication skills
