Project Overview

Okland Construction has partnered with the City of Avondale to execute a design/build project that brings the vision of The Avenue District of the BLVD to life. This 408 car garage provides essential support to the ambitious mixed-use development, which consists of retail stores, restaurants, offices, urban form multifamily, education, theater/performing arts center, sports center and entertainment.

In total, this project required 79,200 SF of precast components, including exterior spandrels, walls, columns, and an impressive main entry staircase with painted precast walls on both sides. Using our innovative processes and speedy construction methods, we completed the project within the client’s schedule and budget expectations.

We are proud to play a key role in bringing the vision of The Avenue District of the BLVD to reality.
