This project for Coreslab Structures was a complex undertaking, with 45,586 square feet of precast, and 195 individual pieces. The architectural cladding was buff factory limestone in color, with thin brick cladding, and a unique acid etch finish to give the project an extra level of detail and distinction.
The precast components feature many projecting features to add depth and texture to the overall design, giving the finished project a classic, timeless look. Precast stairs and landings were also a part of the project, with a structural gray concrete mix and form finish for durability and lasting beauty.
Overall, this Coreslab Structures project was a success, with the combination of precast and cladding elements creating a cohesive, visually stunning, and long-lasting piece of architecture.
