This Nationwide Insurance Regional Headquarters project was a testament to the time-efficiency and design flexibility of precast components. With the installation of over 1 million square feet of precast components, two erection crews met the demand of 16,700 square feet per day, achieving completion 16 days ahead of schedule. Moreover, the addition of structural and architectural precast components enabled the design of a solar canopy with a simple span design.
The precast scope also offered a fantastic range of quality finishes to meet the needs of the project. Precast components allowed for a very achievable range of precast quality and finishes, offering the customer exactly the results they were looking for. This complex project was perfectly suited to the advantages of precast components, offering timely completion, design flexibility, energy efficiency and quality of finish.
