Coreslab Structures (MISSOURI) Inc. is now accepting qualified applications for Maintenance Technician at our Prestress Concrete manufacturing plant in Marshall, Missouri.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment.
Basic knowledge of diesel engines, brake systems, and how they function.
Basic knowledge of AC electrical systems.
Basic mechanical knowledge of hydraulic systems.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to maintain good attitude under stressful and changing conditions.
Self-starter, ability to get results with minimal directions.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to use shop equipment such as hydraulic jack, jack stand, lift, air jacks, cranes, dolly forklifts, etc.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
An outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details.
Ability to always project a positive attitude to vendors and employees while exhibiting good customer relations skills.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand for long periods of time in uncomfortable conditions, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl.
This position will require the applicant to be exposed to all weather conditions.

SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time Union Laborers Local 663 position, Monday through Friday. Overtime is calculated after 8 hours per day, overtime and Saturday work required. Overtime and Saturday work increases during peak season.
