Coreslab Structures (TAMPA) Inc. is recognized as a leader in the design, manufacture, and erection of structural precast/prestressed concrete buildings. Our plant has been in continuous operation since 1954 and was one of the original prestressed concrete plants opened in the State of Florida. Coreslab acquired this well established Tampa facility in 1993.
Our products and total precast concrete structures are routinely specified and used for parking structures, stadiums/arenas, and all types of commercial buildings. Products are marketed and supplied throughout Florida. The plant manufactures a full product line of double tees, columns, beams, spandrels, wall panels, stadium risers, and other custom architectural/structural precast concrete components.
Our people are committed to a team approach of safely providing the highest quality products coupled with the highest level of customer service. The majority of our projects are fast track or design-build. Our sales consultants and design engineers are readily available to support owners, developers, contractors, architects, and engineers with pre-construction services. Our sales consultants are experienced in promptly providing preliminary designs, schedules and budgets.
