Lee’s Landing is a mixed-use facility located on Lt. George W. Lee Street in historic downtown Memphis, named after the World War 1 veteran and renowned figure in the city. Built in 2006, the seven-level garage has a capacity of 525 cars, as well as 13,000 Square Feet of leasing space for restaurants, bars, and retail stores. The exterior of the building is mostly made of gray concrete, with a sand blast finish and horizontal and vertical rustications for added accent.
The parking garage is the designated parking facility for the nearby Westin Memphis Beale Street Hotel, while the ground level houses the popular Ground Zero Blues Club. It is similar in style to the nearby Fed-Ex Forum garage, and serves as a convenient and attractive destination for visitors of the city.
Lee’s Landing stands as a testament to the legacy of Lt. George W. Lee and all of the contributions he made to the city of Memphis. It is a prime example of a mixed-use facility that combines parking, retail, and entertainment in one conveniently located space.
