The Montebello Parking Garage is a five-story, 1-million-SF precast concrete structure located at the northeast corner of 92nd and Montebello Avenues in Glendale, AZ. Designed and constructed through a Design-Build partnership between Fisher Industries and Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc., the garage provides 3,864 parking stalls to serve VAI Resort concert attendees, Mattel Amusement Park visitors, and City of Glendale parking needs—with the first level dedicated to municipal use. The structure features 2,317 precast components, totaling 17,665 cubic yards of concrete, all erected in a remarkable 50-day timeline. The exterior showcases an architectural precast finish composed of white sand, cement, and large aggregate with a light sandblast treatment, designed to complement the modern aesthetic of the VAI Resort.
